Southside staff
The staff here at Southside is comprised of men and women who love, care, and pray for every single person in the church. Pastor Chris and his wife Elizabeth came to Southside in October of 2020. The two have been married since 2005 and formally lived in Cowarts, Alabama where Chris grew up. The Dunnam's have two kids and enjoys boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, beach trips and anything else related to experiencing the great outdoors. Pastor Chris is a graduate from Bethany Bible College and Seminary where he earned a Bachelor in Pastoral Ministry and also received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity.
Pastor Kyle joined the Southside staff as our bi-vocational Student Pastor in July 2021. He came on full-time as our Associate Pastor and Student Pastor in December 2023. He has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Troy University and a Master of Divinity in Youth and Family Ministries from Liberty University. Pastor Kyle was born and raised in Opp. Kyle is married to Allison, who also serves as our church clerk. The Marshall’s love to travel, hunt, fish, hike, and do anything outdoors. While they do not have any children of their own yet, they have a dog who many claim to be their daughter, Sadie. The Marshall’s love working with our youth and college students and seeing disciples made!
WANDA BASS & BRITTANY SMITH
Ministry Assistances
Wanda (Left) Is a native of Florida and a Troy University graduate with a BS Degree in Business Administration. Retired from GTE with 25 years and LBWCC with 20 years. Wanda has been a member of Southside for 42 years and has served in both children's and youth ministry throughout her time with us. she is currently serving our church has Ministry / Finance Assistant since 2016. Wanda is Married to Lamar Bass and the two are blessed with 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Brittany (Right) is a native of Enterprise, Al where she graduated with the Class of 2005. Brittany is married to Bradley Smith (2016) and the Smith's have two children. Brittany has been a member of Southside since 2020 and has served on staff has a Ministry Assistant since July of 2021. You can also see Brittany running our live stream service from the audio and video booth every Sunday Morning as well as maintains our social media ministry.
